Refund Policy

Returns and Exchanges:

You have a legal period of 14 days (from the date of receipt) without justification or reasons to return your items.

To qualify for a full refund on your return:

• The box must not be opened, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, without any trace of degradation or use.
• You must notify us no more than 14 days after receipt of your product, by email (contact@cross-stitch-kits.co.uk), mentioning: your name, your order number, the code and the name of the product you wish to return.
• You must ship, at your expense, the product to the following address: Broderiepointdecroix Ltd , 6 frederick Road, OX4 3HL , Oxford, United Kingdom
• You will be fully refunded (excluding return costs) within 14 days of receipt of the product from us.

You can cancel your order through the website as long as the product has not been shipped, in which case you will be immediately refunded in full.

 

We always check the quality of our products before shipping. In the event that a product is defective, we undertake to exchange it for free or refund you in full.

 

To do this:

• You must notify us no more than 5 days after receipt of your product, by email (contact @ embroiderypointdecroix.fr ), mentioning: your name, your order number, the code and the name of the defective product as well as a description of the defect if possible accompanied by photographs or videos showing the defect
• You must ship, at your expense, the product to the following address: 3D Broderiepointdecroix Ltd, 6 Frederick Road, OX4 3HL, Oxford, United Kingdom
• Upon receipt of the product from us, it will be sent to the competent team to certify the veracity of the defect, and as soon as it is noted, according to your choice, we will proceed: either to the replacement of the product and the reimbursement of your shipping, or a full refund of your shipping costs and the product, within 14 days of receipt of the product from us

Note: If you wish to exchange your product, either within the framework of your right of withdrawal or in the case of a defective product, and you do not wish to decide immediately, you can opt for a voucher for the value of the product you purchased valid for a period of 365 days.
